This service department is phenomenal! I recently spent several hours there as they painstakingly searched for and repaired the damage wrought by a bunch of mice. The service advisor, Josh, was incredibly kind; he regularly came by with progress updates and really went over the top to make sure I was well taken care of. Thank you Josh! And as I waited, I overheard many conversations between service advisors and customers, and between the employees themselves. I was struck by how friendly, helpful, creative, and genuine everyone was - a truly great team! I also want to give a shout-out to their mouse exclusion system which they installed after fixing all the damage. If you don't think mice can do a lot of damage, trust me, they can. Thousands of dollars worth of damage. I haven't seen a single mouse track around my car in the freshly fallen snow since the exclusion system was installed. I wish I had done this years ago!

Picked up a nail in one of our brand new tires Keene Toyota has installed just a few weeks ago. I called to get it fixed, and they went beyond the call of duty to squeeze us in and fix the tire! All was done within an hour and a half and back on the road again!

We recently traded in two cars and took delivery of a new RAV4 from Toyota of Keene. We worked with Meaghan Herk who patiently discussed all the options available and guided us through the complicated process to purchase. We are new arrivals in NH and the business manager, Amanda Hill, walked us through the unfamiliar NH laws necessary to license and register the new car. Both Meaghan and Amanda were responsive, helpful and made purchasing a car a pleasure.

Just purchased a new truck and after checking out several places across New Hampshire, we found Meaghan Herk, and we're so glad we did. She was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. With most dealerships offering similar pricing, the real difference was Meaghan herself. I just came in for a routine oil change. The day before my appointment I noticed that my front passenger side plastic wheel well area was coming loose. I asked on the day of the oil change if I needed to schedule an appointment for the repair. Looked like some fasteners were not holding the piece in place as it should. The mechanic was going to take a look. When the oil change was done, it had all been taken care of. No extra charge. I'm sure some small fasteners were replaced, but the awesome attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to take care of a small problem without more shop-time was beyond my expectations. A great team, a great provider of automotive service. A+. Thanks you.

This was by far the best car buying experience we have had. Many thanks to our salesperson Sean Parent for making this experience smooth and pressure free. Sean is knowledable, friendly, and truly cares about his customers. He kept us updated from the time we put a deposit on our 2025 4Runner until the day it arrived. He was so patient and took the time to explain everything our 4 runner had to offer. We look forward to working with him again for our next Toyota purchase. The business manager Branko was outstanding as well. He got us the finance rate that we wanted and was excellent at explaining not only the financing but the purchase agreement , warranty and registering of our vehicle. Branko was very customer oriented as well. Thank you Branko! This dealership has a great team of people. So friendly and welcoming. Had 2 vehicles in recently for oil change and tire rotation. No issues at all with scheduling the appointments online, nor with the work done. Overall excellent service by everyone involved. Added kudos to the team for honoring a coupon on the website that turned out to be erroneous providing one of my vehicles with a totally free service invoice. Keene Toyota was not really obligated to honor the erroneous coupon, but in a display of total integrity, they did. This would never have happened anywhere else. The customer comes first at this dealership!
