Narrowed the problem down to defective anti-freeze reservoir cap. After losing 1/2 gallon of fluid. Pressure test showed no leaks.

I was able to make the appointment online very quickly, which was convenient. They took my vehicle in early and so all the work completed was done ahead of schedule. The service advisor, Nicole, was great! She explained the service being completed before I left and she called me as soon as it was done. Overall, a great service experience.

Jason Henriquez is an outstanding service manager and should be commended for his attention to customers. Jason went out of his way to make sure my service needs were met when we ran into complications with my air conditioner. Jason got me in a rental quickly and took time out of his day to address the issue. At the end of the day more work was necessary and Jason processed a full refund for the work that I had already paid for. I take great pride in my truck and hope that it is my forever vehicle. Jason was able to recognize that care and was able to reflect it in the service experience at Toyota of Keene. Kudos to Jason and the entire service team!

It's all in the service, isn't it? And--for me--Diane in the service department exceeds my highest hopes (I no longer have high expectations.) I bought a car in January. While I'm in the area, I have it serviced at the dealership as part of my limited warranty. I don't NEED anything more. But Diane is part therapist, part long-lost friend, and part sister in her kindness, generosity, knowledge and guidance. The rest of the service department is fine. No standouts and no horror stories. I couldn't tell you another name if you paid me. But Diane... the first time I had to call, she was EXHAUSTIVE in her information and limitless with her assistance, patience, and listening skills. If I could always and only deal with Diane in any situation, for the rest of my life, I'd be spoiled rotten! Cross your fingers that when you call for service, Diane answers! Her standard of excellence will likely ruin average customer service for you! And tell her I said hi!

Ashley from sales was professional, friendly, and very helpful. It seemed effortless and smooth leading us to our new car. Never pushy or dis honest Ashley gave us the appropriate steps to trade in our old vehicle and have us step into our new RAV4. The only downside to the experience was Ozzy Osbourne passed away while we are there. The dilemma now was to name the black RAV4 either Black Sabbath or Ozzy Carsbourne.
