So - Im a difficult customer... I have worked adjacent to the car business for the past 10 years and I know how it works, how "most" dealers operate and "games" that are played... In short, I Iove, cars but find the buying process miserable. Working with Jeff and his team at Keene Toyota was the easiest most seamless experience I have had in 10+ car purchases over the last 6 years. Jeff did everything he said he would, when he said he would do it, told me honestly what wouldn't work and what would and got the deal done for me in a matter of hours on my way home from work. Working with Amanda in F&I had me and my wife in and out in 15 minutes with the deal executed perfectly. In a world of dealers full of false promises, waiting and confusion - Toyota of Keene was a really impressive, dare I say enjoyable experience.

I had an amazing experience with Toyota Volvo of Keene. I brought my Volvo XC90 Recharge in because it was pulling to the right—a problem that persisted even after two other garages charged me an arm and a leg without fixing it. Evan, one of the Service Managers, took the time to personally figure out what was wrong. After a thorough diagnosis, they fixed everything still under warranty and clearly explained the costs for the remaining issues. The repair was fast, professional, and the price was very fair. I’ve been looking for a trustworthy mechanic for a while, and I finally found one here. I highly recommend them!

I was having issues with my 2023 Tacoma TRD Offroad, flashing check engine and loss of power. I had it towed to Toyota of Keene where I had purchased it a few years ago. My service advisor Charlie and the awesome team there quickly diagnosed it. The rubber gasket on one of the coil pack had failed and moisture got in causing the coil pack and spark plug to fail. My bumper to bumper had just recently expired so I was going to have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. They were kind and reached out to a Toyota rep, explained my situation, the low mileage on my truck and how the warranty had just expired and were able to get the repairs covered under goodwill from Toyota. 10/10 would recommend for their great customer service, communication and fast turn around time for repair

Hubby and I had been shopping for months for a certain color in the Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro lineup. We finally found it here, 1.5 hour drive in each direction, from our home. We just arrived back home with our 2025 Toyota Tacoma in the unique and very eye-catching Mudbath color. Prior to making the trek to Toyota of Keene today, I had made a few calls to the dealership. I spoke with Samara and Juliette, each of them more than once. Both were super friendly, patient and kind. Today at the dealership we worked with Meaghan in Sales and Branko in Finance. They were both very polite, professional, knowledgeable and made the truck buying experience very pleasant, simple and straightforward, with no surprises. The manager worked with us and we walked away with a good deal. We didn’t feel “taken” like we always had felt in the past. In fact, just two days ago a nurse with whom I work and I were talking about how we hate working with salespeople and the back-and-forth, back-and-forth where you always end up leaving feeling like you were ripped off. Not this time! And we have purchased multiple cars over the past almost 34 years that we’ve been married. This was our best trade-in experience ever and we will definitely be sharing this dealership with our circle of family, friends, colleagues and neighbors. And speaking of neighbors, we live in a very residential area and we’re gonna have a lot of envious neighbors when they realize we traded in our 2020 for this 2025 beauty, Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO in Mudbath. 😝THANK YOU AGAIN to MEAGHAN, BRANKO and all the kind employees at this very WELCOMING dealership!! One last thing, our experience in the past with other salesmen was that once the deal was done, we never felt comfortable reaching back out to them for anything we needed, but I know it will be a very different experience with these people.
